We guarantee our weld for 30 days. This means if your chain breaks at the weld site you can reach out to our social media platforms or call our business number at 315.756.1413 for a re-weld free of charge. You MUST bring your chain with you, a new one will not be provided.
Although the pieces we use are durable they are not indestructible, please use care and caution. The daintier the chain the more fragile it is. We cannot offer free replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost or snagged jewelry. ALL sales are final once chain has been cut.
